The application LightPhotos (hereinafter referred to as the "App") developed and operated by us. We attach the highest importance to user privacy and data security. This policy clearly states our data processing rules, fully disclosing that this App does not collect, store, or upload any user personal information and all operation data is processed locally on users’ devices.

1. No Collection of Any User Information

This App is committed to protecting user privacy absolutely. We do not collect, record, obtain, or store any form of user personal information in any scenario, including but not limited to user names, device information, location information, contact information, and other sensitive or non-sensitive personal data. No user information will be actively or passively acquired by the App during the entire use process.

2. No Upload of Any User Data

We solemnly promise that the App will never upload any user data to any remote server, cloud server, or third-party platform under any circumstances. All user operation behaviors and data generated during use will not be transmitted outward through the network. Specifically, the App will never upload, or share users’ photos, videos, audio files, and all gallery and media files stored on the user’s iOS device.

3. Full Local Data Processing

All core data processing of this App runs entirely locally on your iOS device. No private user data will be actively transmitted online. The App only conducts limited, user-initiated network requests for two authorized purposes: in-app payment processing and downloading photos from your personal iCloud account. These operations follow official iOS authorization rules, and no local photos, videos, files or personal data will be uploaded, stored or shared in the process.

4. No Sharing or Disclosure of User Data

Since we do not collect or obtain any user data at all, there is no situation of sharing, disclosing, selling, renting or transferring user data to any third-party companies, organizations or individuals.

5. Protection of Minor Privacy

We attach great importance to the privacy protection of minors. Since the App does not collect any user information including minor user information, it fully meets the privacy protection requirements for minors. We will never actively obtain any personal data of minors.
